The informal learning : the learning of tomorrow

We all know now that the informal and social learning will be the new way to learn in the future, but for that, many of changes should be done to make legitimate the skills acquired by this way.
The learning will become a long-life learning with help from new technologies, but we need that the access to this learning must be facilitated and simple.
